In this workshop,  you will gain a wealth of information, leaving with the knowledge & confidence to make the best choices for you & your baby. Labour & birth will be demystified, empowering you for your own unique birth experience.

What will be covered:
Saturday 15th July: Birth Preparation Intensive.
We will explore the physical & emotional changes that happen during labour & birth.
How to best work with your body for an active and empowering birth.
What causes pain, why is it so good & how can you embrace it.
How your partner can support you in labour to feel confident & effective.
What to do to help you raise your ability to work with pain & how to help labour progress effectively.

Sunday 16th July: Breastfeeding Intensive.
Learn what you need to know about breastfeeding to avoid potential problems. Understand how your baby navigates the breast & how you can support their instincts & get the best start possible to life with a newborn.

You will receive:
A 37 page course booklet packed with resources & useful information. Topics covered include how to avoid tears and episiotomies, additional massage techniques and infant sleep facts.
